| Project Manager | McLane Environmental is seeking an environmental Project Manager to join our technical team in Princeton, New Jersey. The applicant must have earned a B.S. or M.S. degree in geology, environmental science or engineering or related discipline; must possess excellent communication skills; and have 5 to 10 years of consulting experience, a significant portion of which was spent managing groundwater related projects such as water supply (e.g., well field siting studies, aquifer test design), wastewater disposal, hydrogeologic site investigation and remediation, and coastal zone groundwater management. Duties include report preparation, interacting with clients and regulators; estimating and managing budgets; and leading and mentoring project staff. Position requires experience with federal and state environmental regulations; and experience with petroleum hydrocarbon sites is desirable. Experience with groundwater modeling projects, use of geologic software (e.g. Surfer, GIS) and data visualization software and strong quantitative hydrogeology skills, and experience in strategic advisory and/or litigation support projects are all considered strong pluses. |

The position requires a BS degree in geology, environmental science or engineering or related discipline, and 0 to 5 years of experience in environmental consulting, or M.S. degree with thesis, a working knowledge of geology and hydrogeology, and strong quantitative and spatial skills. Applicant should possess experience with Microsoft Excel and Access (or similar) software, experience with creating data plots, maps, graphics, and geologic diagrams using standard software (e.g. Surfer, Illustrator, CAD, etc.); Excellent writing and oral communication skills are a must. Some experience in GIS, and programming desirable; experience with statistics, or environmental chemistry, or groundwater modeling is a plus. |

The applicant must have an MS degree (or BS with experience) in geoscience or environmental engineering with specialization in quantitative hydrogeology and modeling. Position requires experience in applying numerical models (MODFLOW, MODPATH, and MT3D) to groundwater engineering problems; familiarity with Excel, Access, Surfer, a model development GUI (GW Vistas, GMS) and some experience with GIS. Excellent written and oral communication skills and experience in preparing data analysis sections of consulting project reports are required. Some level of programming skill is a plus. |

The position requires a BS degree in environmental science, engineering, geology or related discipline; a fundamental understanding of geology, hydrogeology, and groundwater pollution processes; and experience with data management and graphics software. The applicant should function well in a team environment and have experience in conducting basic technical library and internet information searches; should possess the ability to compile, organize, chart and synthesize environmental data using standard software; to extract specific information from technical documents; and to perform simple regulatory file reviews. Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must. Experience with Microsoft Excel and Access, Adobe Illustrator or similar graphics software, Surfer and GIS software a plus. |
