| At McLane Environmental,
we specialize in ground water flow system analyses and computer
modeling. Flow modeling synthesizes aquifer
characterization data, supports the development and testing
of an accurate hydrogeologic conceptual model, and forms the basis
for contaminant transport modeling applications.
Our areas of modeling expertise include:
- Data evaluation for site conceptual model development;
- Water resource and supply evaluations;
- Wastewater infiltration
design;
- Wellhead protection;
- Well field design;
- Model evaluation for litigation;
- Peer review, training and on-site technical support;
- Monte Carlo modeling analyses; and
- Management of coastal aquifers and freshwater lenses
Our team of modelers have extensive
experience utilizing industry accepted ground water models and software
including MODFLOW, MODFLOW-T, MODFLOW-SURFACT, GFLOW, TWODAN and
PRINCE, among other ground water flow models. Our dedicated modeling
group has successfully developed or reviewed numerous models for
projects related to aquifer characterization, remediation efforts,
water resources, regulatory compliance and environmental litigation.
